We will require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure your booking. Full payment should be made within 30 days prior to arrival. Cheque payments only at this time payable to Tenir la Lune. Receipts will be acknowledged by e-mail.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellations, delays, illness, vehicle breakdowns etc. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any of the above. In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the full amount is still applicable. Holiday insurance would reimburse you less the deposit. If a payment defaults, a charge for administration of 10% of the full amount will apply, plus any bank charges which may have been incurred. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to belongings or any injuries sustained by you during your stay.
